The rules of the Tofino Tally are simple: No kissing. No sex. No falling in love. Lizzy Bray Sterling is a chronic over-achieving competitive ass. Although, so am I, bringing the chronic illness into chronically over-achieving. While I may be set for a life full of pain, dwindling savings, and day after day in our small coastal town, Bray is heir to the Sterling family empire. Everything he's ever done can be explained by a stereotypical plot diagram. Trying to put an end to the Tofino tally was the one time he didn't play into the cliché. The tally, as the seniors before us coined it, is a high stakes silly game of lust, desire, and money. Everything Bray loves, but for some reason didn't play into five years ago. I would re-evaluate my pseudo-bullying if his previous choices weren't screwing current me over.
