What happens when you are faced with a choice that you would rather not make? Easy.
You ignore it in hopes that it goes away. But in so doing, you have indirectly made a choice.
Meet Lucy. A vampire who doesn't want to feed because she doesn't want to lose her humanity. She promised Seth that she'd keep her humanity forever.
Meet Seth. A werewolf with responsibilities he would rather not do. At least not on his own. He cares about Lucy and making sure she stays human, at least what's left of her.
Mistake after mistake leads them together and apart so many times that two wrongs do make a right.
