Stuck in your strings

In the near future a big war is held. People are dying everywhere. There is two sides that call themselves seven's and 888. Seven's has a huge advantage, they have obtained an endless supplies of energy.
888 clearly couldn't win this war until a scientist wanted to try weaponizing humans.
They kidnapped poor grown up people, but whatever they did they couldn't weaponize them. Years and years of research they found that the problem was that adults couldn't be weaponized because their brains are fully developed unlike children.
Sukoshi,Monsuta ,Sayomi,Tanaka,Akuhei,Amaya,Erai,Raikou,Usagi,Kasumi,Kurai,Shinimi and Chiyo are children who have been kidnapped. And now they have to survive in this new reality of theirs.
One day a kid named Shizuka becomes a new victim and also gets kidnapped. He quickly adtaps to the situation.
Chiyo gets a weird feeling from him and tries to stay away from him. But whatever he did he couldn't shake Shizuka off.
Chiyo finds a weird object, but he could never guess that it was something so dangerous, he could control the world with it if he wanted to.
This story follows Chiyo and his endless cycle of deja vu.
