Marking Adrianna and sending them both to late fifteenth century Italy. Where they're thrown into a web of lies and danger, where they meet others with the same strange markings on their bodies, and others who's kill to get the untapped power residing in the Vessels of Eden.
The friends are separated and both learn their fair share of thievery and assassins.
Adrianna is being hunted, for the piece of Eden that now resides in her body. She's racing against time to activate the skills of her ancestors that now resides somewhere deep within her own mind.
