He is very, very powerful, people will never be able to defeat him. Reika couldn't use her spells to make herself unchained because her powerful necklace that would allow her to do magic was taken by Akki. Reika's necklace made her to do very powerful spells but Akki had been wearing it to make his powers stronger.
