After her parents kick her out to go live with her grandparents, she moves back to her hometown hoping that no one will recognize her. Hyunjin felt betrayed when Y/n left, she left without a goodbye and didn't speak a single word to him in the past four years. Without her around, he grew close to Chan's group of friends. The summer before high school started, Hyunjin and his friends matured and all the girls in school found them attractive. They fought for the boys attention but Hyunjin only thought of Y/n regardless of all the pining girls. He hated that she constantly ran through his mind, wishing he could just forget about her. As everyone walks into their 4th period, two people catch each other's gaze. One feels guilt bubble up in their stomach and the other boils with resentment.

He has this sickness, no one knows what it is and he tries to hide it from his members. He passed out in the middle of a concert and was rushed to a hospital. They saw abnormalities, but they didn't know what they were. They only knew it could kill him within a few months. They gave him a therapist and some meds, and weekly appointments. They hoped maybe with the constant appointments, they would find the issue. They found something. They didn't know how to fix it though. Han had been feeling worse recently, barely making it out of bed. But he promised to make an appearance at one more concert. Lee Know tries to prevent him from going, but seeing his favorite person on earth wanting only one last appearance, he lets him. He knew he shouldn't have, but he wanted to make Han happy. Instead, he broke Han even more than he already was. Will Lee Know every forgive himself? Will Han ever recover? Will everyone forget Han? Will his sweet words to everyone, crush their souls? Will STAYs forget him too?
