A rollercoaster of heartwarming moments and depressing feelings starts, like no teen has ever experienced before. "Tell me and I'll deal with it. I'll handle it. Just-don't shut me out." "I can't," she says again, voice breaking. "I can't tell you. I can't be with you. And I can't stand here and watch you break and know that I'm the reason." She swallows hard, her throat moving. "Please don't make me explain it. Please just... stop." I take a step toward her anyway, rain dripping from my eyelashes, my chest hollow. "I don't care if it kills me," I say, and it's not bravado; it's a man with nothing left to barter. "If that's the price, fine. At least then I get to be with you before it ends." She makes a small sound, half sob, half laugh, and it's the most human thing I've ever heard from her. "Don't say that," she whispers, almost fierce. "Don't ever say that." She holds my eyes for one last beat, lips parted like she might say something else - something that could undo all of this, something that could make the rain stop mattering. But she doesn't. Instead, she exhales, low and unsteady, and shakes her head. "I'm sorry," she says again, softer now, like a confession. Then she turns. And that's it.

Smile at a Stranger (1D/ Niall)
NIALL: What in the world just happened? I choked at seeing this girl? And did a spit take when I actually got a good look at her? What the hell is wrong with me? LOUIS: I turn around because I'm sure that would have made Summer laugh. But she remains silent. Her hands are still doing something with my phone and the stereo. Her face is blank looking at Niall with her eyes slightly squinted. That's weird. Summer has laughed almost every time one of us does something funny. ZAYN: "But you're One Direction." I hear her mumble. She sighs. "And that matters because?" She doesn't need to be so insecure around us. She just needs to be herself. I know that's what Niall likes. She turns around, giving me a look and with her hands on her hips. "Do I need to explain it to you?" She says sassily. Then she giggles turning back around. HARRY: "Where do you want to go?" The way her American accent blends in with her awkwardness and sassiness is attractive. And it's also funny because Niall hasn't taken his eyes off her the whole time. Mission accepted. Niall and Summer. LIAM: I look at him with a smirk on my face. He furrows his eyebrows at me. "What?" "Summer will be here soon and with all of us busy with our interviews. I thought Niall could occupy her." Zayn squints his eyes at me and comes right up in my face. "What?" I back up laughing a bit. He backs off. "You're quite the mastermind." He gives me a nod of approval. SUMMER: Man, how are we living in a world where a normal teenage girl can't fangirl anytime and anywhere? This sucks. Please forgive the minor bad fanfic moments, such as where they meet, falling in love in a short period of time, and a couple of small character cliches.Complete
Dark by H28
"I can tell you're going to be a challenge." He almost growled. "I like that." Harry smirked. He dipped his head, nudging mine to the side before I felt his lips press to the skin of my neck. The ends of his curly hair tickled at my cheek. Harry reluctantly released one of my arms so he could hold the back of my head, preventing me from escaping. I instantly placed my free hand on his chest in protest, attempting to push him away as I felt him harshly suck. "Harry." I begged. I fisted the front of his t shirt between my fingers; the sharp pain intensified as his teeth grazed the skin. His breathy laugh fanned over the area as I desperately struggled against the male's hold before he continued to draw blood to the surface. The sensation was somewhat eased with the attention of his soft lips. But Harry wouldn't allow me that comfort for long, nipping hungrily at my neck with his teeth. I gasped when his tongue licked over the newly sensitive skin, planting a few kisses. He blew over the sloppy wet spot, igniting a chill through my entirety. Harry stepped back smirking as I yanked my arm from his large hand. My fingers drifted up to my neck, sucking in a sharp breath when I dabbed over the sore spot. I whimpered in fright as he drew closer. "You're mine now." He spoke in a hushed tone. DISCLAIMER: THE MATERIAL IN THIS FANFICTION IS INAPPROPRIATE FOR READERS UNDER THE AGE OF 17. With Your Love
******READ A BIT OF MY LATEST CHAPTER TO SEE HOW MUCH MY WRITING HAS IMPROVED LIKE HONEST ITS SO CRINGEY I CANT****** Falling in love with your best friend seemed too cliche for my liking, so me and my best friend always knew we weren't going to do just that. However, life is so unexpected and before I knew it, I had a brain tumor, was stripped of my old life and given a new one. A life without my best friend, Niall Horan. I left the X Factor, where I had made it up to bootcamp, but it didn't matter. My dreams were crushed, there was no hope. I never did tell Niall, about my brain tumor and just cut contact with him. He didn't need to worry about me. What I didn't realize is that Faith also comes into play and well Faith does whatever the hell it wants. So next thing I know, here I am, reunited with my best friend. My brain tumor is gone, and I have my best friend back. It's times like these where I realize it's just a little too good to be true. And it is. Slowly, without even meaning to, I start falling for the boy who was none other then my best friend. Everyone knows falling in love with someone you simply cannot have is a nightmare, and I feel as though this nightmare will just never end.Complete

Leave Me Alone // Zayn Malik FanFic
"Zayn please." She sobbed. I hated seeing her cry, but what was even worse is that it was always me that made her cry. "Please, leave me alone." She wiped her tears furiously with the the sleeves of her top. I couldn't let her go now, not after everything we've been through. The laughs, the jokes and even the fights. "I can drop out of it right now. Just please, please let me explain." I said softly, brushing my hands against her wet cheek. She stepped back and shook her head, "no Zayn. It's not about whether u stop this crap or not, it's about what you've been doing to me behind my back all this time!" She said, raising her voice a little. "Just leave me alone. And everything will be fine." She added. This was my chance to tell her how I feel, to tell her what's been going on in my mind, to tell her my feelings towards her. "I-I..." I sighed and bit my lip to stop myself from crying. "Good bye Zayn." And with that, she turned around to walk away. "But I love you..." I whispered quietly, but loud enough for Skylynn to stop in her tracks.Complete
On The House - Louis Tomlinson AU
"Yeah, well... I'm starting to think I got stood up." The bartender clicks his tongue, setting his towel down with a slow shake of his head. "Fucking tragic. Can't say I understand it. If I had a date with you, I'd be here an hour early, dressed to fucking impress, already working out ways to keep you entertained all night." I raise an eyebrow, half-smirking. "Smooth." "Don't flatter me yet, love. That was just the warm-up." He nods toward my half-finished wine. "Tell you what-since your bloke's clearly an idiot, this one's on the house." I blink. "Seriously?" He shrugs, like it costs him absolutely nothing. "What can I say? I've got a soft spot for beautiful people with shit luck." His smirk deepens. "Also, it's good fucking business. You stay longer, you order more, and I get to look like the hero. Everyone wins." I shake my head, laughing as he pours me another glass with the kind of effortless confidence that suggests he's done this a thousand times before-offered a pretty girl a free drink, flashed a dangerous grin, made her night a little less shit. He slides the glass toward me. "Louis, by the way." "Bee," I say, taking a sip.
