Life has been relatively calm for the Princess of the Berserk Kingdom. She believes that she has finally found her normalcy in her barbaric, nomadic world after the death of her older brother years ago. She believes this until she is captured by her kingdoms enemy, the Sumerki Kingdom, otherwise known to the Berserk's as the Civils. War begins between the Civils and the Barbarians for her freedom, their hatred overflowing until a new enemy rises, one that they believe had been destroyed long ago.  Once the new enemy is clear, Valkyrie, the Princess of Berserk bonds with the Prince of Sumerki with a sad past that they unknowingly share, she teaches him everything she knows.
