Cecilia (CeCe) Cartman is Eric Cartman's twin sister. They live together in the small mountain town of South Park, Colorado. This is a first-hand account of all their experiences with their friends in South Park, including Stan Marsh, Kyle Broflovski, and Kenny McCormick.

(This series begins after the events of the vaccine special! I would recommend watching it before continuing!) After the death of their teacher the boys split up not long after Kyle, Stan, and Kenny get back together leaving out Cartman.
