A young boy from America lukas fields travel to Japan with his mother after she gets a job change.  moving to Japan is a new experience and a tough change.  when he moves he meets a new friend rotto sukienami and his sister el . Apon meeting , Lukas notices somthing Rotto can see ghosts. One of Rotto ghost grants Lukas the power to also see them.  Now Lukas must learn how to deal with his new life, friends and keep his new secret.
