My name is Luna. Ever since I got out of the foster system, I've been bent on helping people. Ever since I was little, I wanted to be the superhero. My life had been pretty normal for a girl in the system, running away, stealing food from gas stations, you know, the usual right? But when I got out, the first thing I did was visit an old childhood friend of mine. I went to go see him, but he seemed very different, very aggressive. Then, we got into an argument about how parents died. I mean I was very little, like two or three years old. I didn't think much about it, I just said I didn't remember. He got more and more angry about me not knowing, and then, he just lashed out. Like he literally lashed out, with a knife. Cut down my face, making a crescent mark around my eye. I looked up and his eyes are midnight black. I don't know what I did, but I got away. That's when my life got a little more interesting.
