This  is a short dystopian story about a girl, named Halo, who lives in underground sewers and is constantly running from the Government. These people want to take away people's freedom all for the price of power. Halo and her society, or the Rebels as the Government calls them, intend to stop these wicked actions and put an end to a life without freedom.
