A ten years old girl who can see ghost , died mysteriously. She found herself awake with amnesia. She was in the world what people called it as the "Afterlife". She then made a contract with a death god and name herself "Shi Kishi" (Death Knight). But it wasn't easy being a death god since she have a lot of things that a death god must do. "Death gods are responsible for death to occur " Shi Kishi said to the world.

Also, in this book Elliot Ludwig had fired Sawyer before and this would be the first time that they met and work together.
