Thousands of years ago, the great and powerful city of Atlantis existed in all its full glory on Earth. Today, Atlantis is but a historical ghost and the only remnant of that myth of a lost nation is a girl called Ava, who walks silently among the people of present-day Earth; an enigma, a curse. For Ava Kinski has an undiscovered role in the sullen events that has captured the planet - the arrival of the same unknown invaders from the heavens that destroyed Atlantis a long, long time ago...

Caught in the seemingly uncanny events is a Alec Archer and his friends; their worlds colliding with Ava, as they are unknowingly thrust in a quest for the truth that will take them to the legend that is Atlantis and to worlds away in time and space, in a magical universe they never knew existed as they are embroiled in a sinister plot of epic proportions.

And the question they all have to ask - is Ava a friend or foe?

This is the untold story of Atlantis.

I've never believed in fairytales, superstitions or fears of fantasy worlds. It's the year 1871, and yet people still believe in such idiotic stories. My job as a stoker on this ship is just so I can get some money to live on, but when the ship goes down and I'm rescued in a submarine, I'm forced to help an ambitious Jenny Playfair, a woman obsessed with finding the lost city of Atlantis. She's crazy, of course, or at least I believe she is, until she shows me evidence that such a city just might exist. As we dive farther into the deep in a desperate attempt to find something, and someone, I come to wonder: If Atlantis is real, what are we to expect? Is there more to this than we know? And if the person with me being completely true about her intentions on finding this city? It's an adventure I didn't sign up for, but quickly find myself in. But the more I find and learn about the ocean around me, the more I realize fairytales just might be true after all. Disclaimer: I do not own Zombies, Run! or any of the characters in it. It is the final home of mankind ever since the destruction of Earth by an ancient race of rogue human like aliens known as the Tjatey who had been fooled into attacking the humans on behalf of another. And now a hundred years later Atlantis City is thriving, an art deco themed, gambler's paradise for the people, but as for the AMF and the remaining Tjatey warriors it is hell. For those in the military, they've been banned from part of the city and branded as traitors by the people and the city council, lead by the powerful and corrupt tyrant Julius Morane. Still there is hope as some of the young soldiers in the AMF are trying to bring back unity, but the only question now is can they succeed? And while the former Tjatey warriors have given up their war like nature and have integrated with the humans, there are those who are growing tired of living under their rules and they long for the old days again. Now the clock is ticking and it's only a matter of time before the threat of the Tjatey rises again.
