A 25 years old girl names Tiffany, who lives in Chicago. She is a master degree student in University of Chicago. The public security system hasn't been perfect in the city. The government launched a brand new system named "ctOS" -- to control the social order. However, the society doesn't become better than before. The citizen there have no privacy... But, there is only a man can see through all those cameras, and stand out to fight. He's the one so-called The Vigilante.
In the same time, the life of Tiffany has changed since she met him... Will Aiden's life be changed because of her, too?
