The Valley is a beautiful place, brimming with nature, but it also has all kinds of dangerous creatures lurking in its the forests. Even, it's whispered, rogue Shapeshifters. But one person resists the risks. She's a demigirl named Rin, and she seems to be living happily, tutoring occasional magic users and shapeshifters, like her good friend Nox. However, a quirk is added to her life when a strange shapeshifter falls into her hands. The shapeshifter quickly learns there's a whole lot more to the tutoring than there seems, and wants to learn about Nox, Rin, and Rin's students to understand.

[ --Hello, this is my attempt at writing a cute gay story! This story focuses on magic and shapeshifters, but also relationships and trust. It will also feature many (if not all) characters that are trans and gay. So please don't assume anything about anyone!

Follow the second coming of age of our trans protagonist, Trillium, as she navigates coming into her own as a newly minted queer and witch. Come along on her as she faces trials and tribulations as her world is turned upside down one cliche at a time. WORK IN PROGRESS-- You may encounter tags when reading that cover a concept I haven't fleshed out yet. These are generally items I want to revisit or give more attention to, in the future. ALSO-- whilst writing this I changed the PoV of the narrator. I like how the first-person style turned out so moving forward from the third chapter that is what you will encounter.
