For seventeen years, I was trapped in a boring life, the people I made contact with everyday are my parent, Julia and no one else, my aunt drops by occasionally. I want more than that boring life, I want to stop being home school, I want to know how life is by not living under the watchful eyes of my parent and I got it when I spent my last year in high school at Blake high school. It was crazy, I experienced a lot, I met the mighty P-12, Every happy Linda, Annoying Amy, mysterious Isabella, Joel and his bully crew, playful Zion, boyish and troublesome Mitchello, cunny Irantiola, sweethearted Bee and my heartrob leandro. I learnt something which I still held with me till today, the people you least expected to hurt you will hurt you most, you can never tell someone can hurt you until the person hurt you. I am glad I left home, I made some mistakes and I learnt my lesson, never judge someone you just met because you can never tell their story, how life has dealt with them, what makes them what they are presently, I have a lot to talk about in my story.

All my life iv been alone. I grew up in an orphanage where my mom dropped me off at 6months and never looked back. She gave them all my documents and told them every month she going to deposit money for my up keep and she did. Every month the nuns at my orphanages will dance like craZy when the money goes through cause that means that our doors will be open for one more month. When I was 5 the orphanage changed it name to Zibusiso Care. My name and we started receiving funding like crazy allowing our kids to go to the best schools in SA that also giving me an opportunity to grow. When I was 18 I had to leave to study and I did go and did communication and bagging a degree. Than on my graduation day which is today, i received a letter of appointment to come for an interview as a project manager to one of the biggest and world known company and am in nerves. Bare in mind iv never applied there. That the story of my life, things just happen for me. Just like how I got a letter of this apartment am staying at, just like how its got furniture to all the things that I love and adore and just like how BMW called for me to fetch my car and I got there its a blue M series just like how my phone rings now and than and I get what I need at that specific time. My name is Zibusiso Mae and this is my story called hidden. In this story we going to laugh, we going to cry and we going to enjoy every moment of it. But mostly we going to enjoy... "Mom I have told you so many times I don't want to get married," I said to my dear mother, who has not stopped ranting at me. "How long do you want to be an unmarried man? Look at all your friends. Skyler, Zanvil, and now even Skyler have girlfriends, and here you are solving criminal cases. When will you solve your life's case?" My mother taunted me sternly. I pressed my lips in a thin line. "I want to see you happy." She was pissed because I didn't go on a blind date on a Friday. "Mom, I'm happy. I don't want to do blind dates, and I don't ever want to get married. It's not for me," I said sternly, not wanting to take this topic any further. "Then when will I get to see my grandchild?" she said, sounding agitated. If she wanted a grandchild this desperately, then she should not have stopped me from having a surrogate. Only because of her I even gave it a try for surrogacy. "Probably never," I said, cutting the call before she started to do waterworks. "Mom, give me a break," I said in annoyance, and I grabbed my cell phone. I slid up the green button to tell her for the final time. "Hello, am I speaking to Mr. Michele Roberts?" a famine voice said from the other side. I composed myself before opening my mouth. "Yes, you are," I said in a firm tone while still massaging my forehead. I need to take medicine for it. "Sir, I have called you to invite you to the anniversary ceremony of Happy Life Fertility Hospital," she said in her receptionist tone. My brows furrowed when she said that. mouth was sealed when she continued. "We tried to call your wife, but we couldn't reach her. Please bring your four-year-old son too. We are going to do a small celebration because he is our thousandth successful IVF child," she said, sounding happy before cutting the call. The ground beneath my legs was snatched away. I just couldn't believe my ears. What the fuck? I have a wife and a four-year-old son.

What would you do if you are offered your dream job. Probably take it without hesitation I guess? I would too. But what if it comes with a "small" catch? You'd have to move across the world and leave everybody and everything behind, Still would take it? I did. What made it so hard was the fact that the father of my child didn't think it was a 'good idea'. But still I did it. After making that decision I kinda figured out the meaning of the saying "life is a roller coaster". I had my dream job, my beautiful princess with me, even my annoying brother as a support. And made some cool friends on the road. But after one phone call a chain of events started happening that changed everything. This is life, so prepare the feel everything. I have to warn you that in this book you will find a lot of sarcasm, cursing and mature themes are included. So be warned :) And also apologies in advance if sometimes my vocabulary is a bit bland or I make some mistakes. I'm doing my first ever attempt in writing and doing it in second language:)
