Coming out can be a scary thing. First there's the finding out that you're a raging homosexual. Then there's the stage of denial, then the bisexual talk. Then the frantic lesbian quizzes online, subscribing to Tyler Oakley and Shannon and Cammie, watching lesbian videos to double check your sexuality... On top of that, the casually checking out girls at school, complete with following lesbian accounts on twitter. Then the "Fuck it I'm gay" and the best for last; "Mom, Dad, I'm gay" plus the horrified expressions on their face that their straight daughter is now a straight up lesbian. This is a story that takes all those concepts, and writes about them in a very funny over exaggerated way. Featuring none other than Nai B Sel. (Try reading it backwards.)

Here's a concept for your YA novel: Title: "Breaking the Script" Synopsis: Seventeen-year-old Isla Reyes has lived her entire life under the spotlight-not by choice, but because her parents are Hollywood royalty. Her mother, Mei Ling Zhang, is a globally celebrated Asian actress known for her Oscar-winning performances, while her father, Javier Reyes, is a Mexican heartthrob who's dominated the industry for decades. Their world is all about red carpets, flawless public images, and staying in control. But Isla is anything but in control. Struggling with undiagnosed bipolar disorder, addiction, and the suffocating expectations of her family, she spends her nights sneaking out to underground clubs and her mornings numbing herself just to make it through the day. Her grades are slipping, the tabloids are watching, and the only people who seem to get her are her best friend Sasha, an aspiring director, and Luca, a musician who shares her reckless habits. Then there's Camila, the sharp-tongued artist Isla can't stop thinking about, even as she finds herself falling into something dangerous with Luca. As her world spirals, Isla is forced to confront painful truths-about her mental health, her sexuality, and whether she wants to live the life scripted for her or write her own. But breaking free means risking everything, including the love of the parents who never truly saw her. Would you like me to expand on any part-maybe add more about her friendships, family dynamics, or her journey toward healing?❤️‍🩹 She's a ♐️ her friends a Virgo ♍️ and a Pisces ♓️
