Millie Fitzsimmons is inside the chest cavity of Funtime Freddy. When she wakes up, she looks up and sees two blue eyes, looking down at her. Funtime Freddy tells her that he's going to kill her, but she gets to choose how she'll die. He remarks about Millie's obsession with death, and how he is going to grant her wish.
