What is the story behind the sun and the moon?

Imagine you're an astronomer. Now what I'm about to tell you ...

You have to hurry, or you'll miss it! Watch the sun and the moon ... watch them close.
Did you see that? As the sun rises, and the darkness and the moonlight is faded away by the sun's rays ... a smile? A twinkle in the unseen eye? A lasting glance of longing, from the sun to his beloved moon? You know, that didn't always happen before.

They used to be more exciting ... more human.

Find out in "Nevermore", a tale of origin. Set in Ancient Greece, the story of the sun and the moon intersects with the story a girl and the boy who never came back. Read on ...

("Nevermore" is a short story I wrote for Creative Writing Class, the maximum length was six pages; so sorry if the ending seems a bit rushed. Currently, it's in its original short story text, but I'll change it to make it longer and better next time. Thanks for reading!)
