Ebony Is a quiet girl, never gets in trouble, always gets straight A's and never does anything bad. Yet she feels she doesnt have much to live for. When her mom surprises her with a troubled colt for her birthday, she doesnt know what to think. He is unapproachable, and unreachable. She feels strong sorrow and pity for the colt though, and begins spending all the time she possibly can with him. She tries her best to befriend him, and comfort him but nothing helps. Then the school bad boy Alex gets thrown into the mix. Ebony manages to befriend him and learns about him. Things she never knew, or could have imagined. She feels the need to help both, but doesnt know if she can. Who will Ebony save?
