In the depths of London's council estates, there's chaos. Gunfights, robberies, drugs and graffiti, crime rates spiralling out of control, with the government running out of ideas, not to mention police. So with the hope of inspiring the young people into a better life, One Direction are somehow roped into going down into the thick of the rebellion. To inspire, they say.
Liam doesn't think that they'll make any difference, but he has to try, right? And besides, he's curious, something that'll probably get him into trouble. So when he manages to slip out of his security's grasp to get Zayn some cigarettes and loses his way in the dark and winding streets of the area, it's no surprise that he ends up walking straight into a girl with a cheeky smile and a red hoodie three sizes too big for her.
Who then also steals his phone, his wallet, and his keys.
Determined to find the girl and teach her a lesson (or at least get his stuff back), Liam and Zayn take up an invitation to an underground party, sneaking out into the night, full of adrenaline. Under the burning lights with the smell of smoke, alcohol, and drugs thick in the air and the music so loud he can feel it in his veins, he sees a flash of red lipstick and white converses in the crowd.
But then she slips through his fingers again, disappearing into the night.
