Whenever a stray thought of the time before HYDRA came, she shoved it to the deep corners of her memories, the smell of ozone and the lingering pain reminded her why. Briefly, she wondered about the silver-haired boy who had spoken to her a few days ago. Days? It might have been hours, or weeks since that boy, the only person to speak to her, had come to her dim cell under the base.
