Leah always wanted to know what people thought of her. She always wondered, when she said someting completely awkward, if Mike thought she was an idiot. She always wondered what her parents thought of her. She always wondered if anyone liked her, like she liked Mike. She always wanted to know if the popular girls knew her name. She always wondered.
So when she overheard some foreign students talking about an old necklace, one rumored to bring the utter truth to anyone who wore it, she felt like she had to find it. And use it. She had always been a bit superstitious.
They say curiosity killed the cat.
But Satisfaction brought it back.
