Tori only has a few more months left to live, she has cancer and the doctors have told her that there is nothing more that they can do to help her. They tried chemo therapy to see if it could help with her cancer but it didn't work, the cancer is spreading and it's only going to get worse. The chemo took away most of Tori's hair but it's been a year and its started to grow back just in time for her new school year.
