A flick of dark brown hair caught Jacob's attention in the bustling crowd. The girl it belonged to was quickly rounding the corner of the street a block away. Jacob's breathing escalated as he pushed through seemingly immobile bodies to get to her. The elbow in his side and muttered expletives were feathers just brushing across his consciousness in his haste. Once he broke the crowd, he jogged up to the brunette and grabbed her shoulder, expecting to see a familiar face.

"Isabelle was magic?"

"Jacob was aware he lost his grip on his anger when he felt the shimmer pass over his skin. But, as fast as they appeared, the rosettes vanished from his arms and neck."

"Her eyes glowed gold and she slowly felt the patterns adorning her arms start stinging. They lit up and the light crept down her arms and into Jacob."
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Isabelle left Lakeshore four and a half years ago and never looked back. Jacob and his friends had been searching for her ever since. But when they finally get a lead on her whereabouts, will he be able to handle the drastic changes he finds in the once-innocent and kindhearted girl?

Soon it becomes apparent why: Mason is a werewolf. But when a fight turns into a sudden kiss that neither expects, Kieran's feelings for Mason turn to attraction in an instant. None of it makes sense - vampires and werewolves are supposed to be mortal enemies, so why does Kieran find Mason so irresistible? He knows that each kiss is dangerous, each bite is unpredictable...
