Its been three years sense the accident, the accident that changed her world and turned it upside down. Emera had been in a car accident that resulted in death which included her sisters and her best friends, she also sustained major injuries herself. The doctors say its a miracle that she's alive but she doesn't understand why, all she knows was that she was normal before the accident but after she wasn't.
The story starts where Emera is now 19 years old and is putting her unnatural abilities to good use. She saves peoples lives along with the help of her friend Mason. Mason is the only other person who knows of her powers and he seems to know more than he lets on. Emera doesn't have any time to think about that as one of her greatest enemies discovers her true identity.
