Setting takes place a month after the Titans come home from Tokyo Japan;

Being that they've had a month and two days to do it, Robin and Starfire's relationship is finally taking off. Whether it's when they're fighting evil or dealing with "normal everyday teen life", it seems that they do it better now.

But there's something, or should they say someone, who isn't a big fan of there relationship, and wants to see them, and all the other Titans, destroyed.
