Tyler is a twenty three year old artist; he holds a deep passion for art, but the main problem is that his mind has been infiltrated with sadness the past two years. As a way to cope with this sadness, he creates a character through art, Blurryface. Blurryface represents him and all his insecurities, more in a physical form. The problem is that this character isn't necessarily helping Tyler anymore, and he starts to get bad thoughts again, until he meets Josh. Josh is twenty four and he becomes the reason why Tyler goes on his day to day basis. For now at least.

This is a fanfiction based on the song Forest by Twenty One Pilots. Everyone thinks a boy named Tyler Joseph is crazy, they don't believe what he has to say. Tyler just wants people to believe him, he wants them to understand him. Anathema: someone or something that one vehemently dislikes, an abhorrence, abomination, accursed. Someone or something consigned to damnation or destruction. Platonic Joshler Life can get pretty difficult when your only two friends are imaginary, and it's even harder when they're not exactly the most positive people on the planet. Tyler is used to that, though, and he's used to pretending they're not there when other people are around. It wasn't so bad, at first, but now that one of them is bent on getting rid of the other, he's having his doubts.
