I'll be honest, even my own Games were horrible...or let's go with 'hilariously dull'." I start before I stop the film and look at him. "I have some ideas to bring to live, some that I brought to life myself during my own Games at one point..."

Cyrus 'Joint-Wrecker' Blue pops up at the mansion of the President of the Panem. He has just literally wrecked the former Head Gamemaker is now making his case to the President about taking over. Of course, the President doesn't have much of a choice. The Joint-Wrecker is simply not somebody one turns down. Joint-Wrecker does however present an intriguing mind for the job.

With a new Head Gamemaker, a former Victor himself, these Games are bound to be remembered...
