Aiden Brooks and Skylar James have grown up together.
Aiden, son of Apollo blessed by Demeter, has lived at Camp since he was born. Skylar, daughter of Poseidon a legacy of Athena, has lived at camp since she was four. Ever since Hades blessed and cursed her.
The point is they are inseparable. So when Skylar hears that her famous half brother Percy Jackson has been captured by a giant and runs away from camp to find him, Aiden goes running off with her.
