16 year old Maria Lee goes to Bishop Irenton, in Alexandria, Virginia. Which just happens to be the school that 16 year old, Matthew Espinosa goes to. Matt is a social media star. Which is why he goes to the private school that goes by the name of Bishop Irenton.

Maria and Matt have been bestfriends since the 5th grade when Matt and his family moved in across the street from Maria's house. Maria knows all about Matt and how he is a social media sensation. But nobody really at Bishop Irenton does. Matt is secretly in love with Maria, and Maria is also secretly in love with Matt. But they never told each other to keep their friendship.
