What would you do if you could jump through parallel universes?
Phil is a Rughter, one of the only fifty people in this entire galaxy to be able to skip through different universes. One day Phil finds a mysterious boy in a universe which whom he had never met before. He then finds himself sitting next to the boy in class the next day. Why does he find the boy so intriguing? Why does Phil want to know more about him... why does he want more?
