Pale faces turn to each other, confusion reflected back at them.
But no one moves, no one gets up or runs away.
They are all thinking the same questions; is it a joke? Should we run? Is this actually happening to us?

Star Light
One day when Laura is walking home from the High school bus stop, she notices something in the corner of her eye. A black truck with tinted windows just sitting on the corner with the head lights and engine running. She turns back around and starts to walk toward her house as the truck engine gets louder. Whether it was paranoia or not she couldn't tell. She doesn't turn around until she gets home then looks back and see's her fellow classmates walking to their houses like nothing is happening. There is no truck in site except for the sound of the truck turning a sharp corner a couple streets over. She takes a deep breath. Did she imagine it? Does she have a stalker?Complete

A Look Inside My Head
It started on a Monday. I don't know what happened after that. I started off normal. I was still normal, wasn't I? I don't know, I just don't know. I was happy, I should be happy, but I'm not. Maybe I am? It's like there's a blackness in my mind, and I've covered it with yellow. I hate the colour yellow, but it's what I am. It's all I am now. My friends were laughing, I was laughing, but it didn't feel like it. My face felt tight as I stretched into a smile, yet it fooled them. I shouted with them, tears coming to my eyes. They laughed harder at that, everyone crying out my name, pointing at me, tears coming to their own eyes. The hole in my heart widened. I didn't know whether they were tears of sadness or happiness. Everyone was rocking back and forth, and slowly, they seemed to form into looming monsters, with wide eyes and pale faces. We stood up, hearing the bell. The sun hurt my eyes. I ran after them, shouting with them. I was loud, too loud. My own voice hurt my head. I didn't want the attention on me, so I dragged it to my fake self; my mask. I hated myself, and what I was doing. I had walked off again. I'm not sure why, but as I blinked, my feet decided that we were not going that way. I ignored them, and they thought it was a joke. They screamed my name, startling me, making me sprint over to them. I hadn't realised how far I had really wondered off. I joined my group, only to wish I had kept walking. They were laughing again, their laughter hurting my head. It shattered my thoughts, echoed around my head, deafened any emotions. I shrieked with them. We were like monkeys, chattering together. Maybe not; we were too dangerous for that. Monsters. Pale, looming monsters. (Updates everyday day!!!) (Oh, and the picture on the title page doesn't belong to me!!! We held our breath as we heard footsteps enter the dark room. My heart raced and I covered my mouth to keep from screaming as tears ran down my cheeks. Caleb sat next to me, with obvious fear in his eyes. I knew that the desk couldn't hide us for much longer and that's what scared me the most. The footsteps came closer and they grew louder by the second. I held my breath once I heard the man's footsteps stop. Caleb and I exchanged looks as we sat frozen under the desk. I looked up, trying to listen to the man's actions. Then a gloved hand grabbed the edge of the desk and the man's bloody mask appeared in front of me. He stared at us and chuckled, "Found you." · · · Seven classmates find themselves in detention from breaking the rules at their school. This, of course, isn't their first time in detention but something seemed different. The teacher leaves to do something leaving the kids completely unsupervised which was kind of weird. He usually left some goody two shoes to watch them but this time there was no one except them. Creepy things begin to happen and they find themselves locked in the school. What was this? Time is ticking as they try to find their way out before they end up lying in a puddle of their own blood.Complete

Senior year finally arrived, and you couldn't wait to leave as soon as the year finishes. Sure you'll miss the school dramas, blossoming friendships, since it made your experience rather interesting.
