"January had and forever will be my most hated month..."

When Jack collapses during his band, All Time Low's show; he's quickly rushed into hospital. Jack's bandmates Rian, Zack and Alex are told that Jack has stage four cancer and the doctors are surprised it has gone unnoticed for so long. The four boys decide to spend Jack's final days on the road, travelling to all the places that holds memories of their friendship. 

Alex has been in love with the sick boy for as long as he can remember. After some convincing, Alex decides it's best to tell Jack how he feels before its too late but does someone else beat him to the chase?

But sadly, one day their fun will have to come to an end...

On the first day of 8th grade Jack Barakat notices the new kid, soon to be known as no other than Alex Gaskarth. By just one glance at him from the crowded school hallway, Jack has come to the conclusion that he hates him already. So now the skunk color haired boy has to make a decision. Should he take a chance with his thoughts, or should he just forget them and be left to wonder the ultimate question. "What could have been?" You help me line up things in my life, you and all the events in my life, have proven that it's all a big constellation." *In this, Lisa and Alex never got married. Lisa won't be mentioned, she doesn't exist, I think she's too wonderful for anyone to talk bad about.*

I say, as strong as I can. "Thank you for finally answering, are you okay? Where are you?" "I'm just straight in town, I'm in a hotel. I'm fine. Is he okay?" - Alex has a little sister, and she learned to keep quiet. Not because he wanted her to, but because she wanted nothing to do with the public eye. Maybe it was the boyfriend too, she didn't know. Now she's working for All Time Low, trying to moce on from her life that she wants to forget. She wanted to forget how bad she was treated, how awful she felt. Finding love, was never in the plan. She didn't look for it, but it looked for her. Love finds you in comfortable places, when you need it most. It comes with a layer of Protection.
