The Fighter

After losing not only her mother, but older brother as well in a tragic car accident coming home from a friend's birthday party, June's life took a turn for the worst. You know how it goes: she was blamed for his death, abandoned by her father for it, abused by her step family, and is now the sole protector of her little brother. First in constant worry about him, sneaking food where she could and hiding him when things got too bad, now she stands to gain everything once she is old enough; having earned money through fighting and summer odd jobs in town when she could, she has not only been able to provide for her little brother but save up enough to get the fuck out of Dodge.
