This is after Undertale when you reach the true pacifist ending. FUN FUN FUN! Like in the credits, you can see their friends having fun on the surface! I can't tell you, or that's spoiling. This is mostly based on Humans and Monsters trying to get along again and may have references what 2016 is.
Frisk and the others are all happy to be at the surface. They disagree to reset.. As you read, you will see lots of things going on. Papyrus will be discovering many things the humans have, Frisk will have new friends with Asriel on their side at Dreemurr Monster School (DMS) and Alphys do hangouts, while Toriel and Asgore teach . After all, they're the king and queen of the underground. I hope you can picture what i'm saying, cuz I just realize I type small details before lots of dialogue.
NO SWEARING...Wait, the words "hell", "idiot", and "damn" is included...why Sans and Undyne? WHY must you both swear? Then you made Toriel do it!

Frisk has freed the monsters of the Underground. Finally, monster kind is allowed to return to the surface. It's been 3 years since then. Yet the monsters still struggle to find their place within the world. Most accept the monsters, but there are those who wish nothing more than the complete annihilation of monster kind. Merely sealing them away is not enough. As ambassador for the monsters, it is Frisk's responsibility to fight for everyone's right to live on the surface. But at the same time, an internal battle rages on within her. Not only that, her relationship with Sans is strained. Trust is not so easily regained after the slaughter of one's beloved, despite it all being erased. Or was it really? The memories are still there. *I have lost interest to complete pre story and post story parts. Word has been released that monsters now roamed the surface, and you can't help but feel slightly skeptical. You had been told since childhood that monsters were vile and repulsive creatures who wanted nothing more but human blood pouring from the palm of their hand. You didn't know what to think of the monster race, but majority of the human race did. The tension between monsters and human kind was sickening. They sealed the monsters underground with a magic spell. After the war, the monsters retreated into the deepest part of the Underground, which would be called, "Home." - Note: In chapter one i NICKNAME frisk "Sam" Due to the fact you dont figure out their name until the end of pacifist so i had to put a nickname to make it easier to write and read. Sam is a neutral name so it should be fine. - NOTE: All lines with this symbol " * " is going to be in Wing Ding font in the final release of the book. But for now, it is already deciphered for you! - *So yeah! Soon after that, Chara joins a new family, but their ambition to keep everyone happy goes a little overboard and Chara is flung into a reality of destruction and hopeless wonder. Then many long years later they meet the beloved Frisk, who fell into the Underground, similar to themselves. A long time ago. I fell. no I mean it , I literally fell down a hole into an abyss. I woke up in the underground and had an adventure there but I didnt kill anyone I didnt have To. That was 12 years ago. Here I am a grown adult , and all I can think about it going back to that marvelous place , where I have friends. i dated a skeleton , which was.. interesting i had a weird professor have a crush on me and watch my every move i was hunted down and nearly captured for my soul by some fish lady but my determination shone through. When I left and returned home ... I regretted leaving. so now I came back. This is a Papyrus x OC but could be an X reader if you try hard enough. Pacifist ish route however Asgore did not survive.
