They demanded that the plane be landed immediately at Carolina airport and The Queen was rushed off to the hospital. But because of a mix up at the hospital the heir to Illea was mixed up with a five born the same day. Sending the prince back to Carolina and the five to the palace. But when everything is revealed, Maxon is thrown into a toxic world of tiaras and tea parties which isn't as friendly as it seems, and America's role as princess is threatened by someone who has no idea what they're doing.
