"What makes you think I could? " she asked as she sunk in confusion.
"Because I-" he paused, hesitant of his words. Bentley's mind was debating with himself. SHOULD I TELL HER?, he thought. OFCOURSE I SHOULD. "Because I like you." he stared into her eyes and travelled inside her mind like a boat sailing towards nowhere in particular.
She gave him a terrified stare, as if she'd seen a ghost. She was beyond speechless unto his words.
"Ken, please. I know you feel the same way." he didn't let his mind slip, and nothing can stop him now. "I can see it, the way you stare at me-how you act when I'm around-its just-I just felt it! I don't know! Call me crazy or anything but I just can't get you out of here-" he pointed at his head."and here" then finally placed his palm at his chest.
"I- I gotta go!" Kennedy shook her head as turned to her heels and moved to her trembling knees, but before she could even run away, her body was stucked and she felt
something soft against her lips.
