The utopia owned by the United States, located in Hokkaido, Japan, baptized with the name of "Glass", was attacked by a French mafia, code name M.I.R.A.G.E. The leader of M.I.R.A.G.E after killing the mayor of Glass, decided to become emperor of the flawless city, taking away the lives of millions of citizens inhabiting the perfect city in order to see who was strong enough to survive, including the family of the once Admiral of the French armada, Hayato Himura. The emperor avoided the fact that he didn't kill the youngest daughter of Himura, making her the last survivor of the Himura massacre. Aiko Himura pledged over the dropped blood of her murdered family to avenge them no matter how far she had to go.
