Cameron Dallas and Alexandra a.k.a Alex Goulden had been friends ever since their diaper days because their parents were best friends in high school and throughout college. They had a thing for each other, but they were scared that their friendship wouldn't be the same if they acted on their feelings. Then in middle school Cameron became a jerk and a jock on the Basketball team and as for Alex, she let herself go and was one of those chubby quiet girls who always gets straight A's. Later in High School, Cameron and her brother Aaron became an internet sensation and left to tour around the mainland. Alex became accustomed to singing and dancing in school, she even got herself a new friend and a boyfriend. A year later, Cameron and Aaron comes back home from touring. Do they still have the same feeling for each other? Is Cameron still a jerk? Are they going to end up together in the end? What will happen next?

Have you ever liked some guy that is popular, attractive and yet annoying, rude, mean at the same time? I'm sure nearly every girl has. Mikasa your typical girl who likes this really hot guy in her class but doesn't have the confidence to confess to him. Typical, isn't it? But don't think that they'll end up falling in love, that's too cliche. Instead it's going to be a whole twist and turn of events for this girl when she meets a boy called Alex whom she 'befriends.' Alex is the whole opposite of who Mikasa likes. Although, she becomes quite close to him, telling him her crush and him encouraging her and helping her out. Will spending time together bring them closer than just friends? A story that is nothing more closer to reality.
