What if someone decided when the world ends? Not some omnipresent being but a petty human ending the world as you know it on a whim. Not even because they played with a part of science forbidden to humans, which would at least have a slight reason. No, they end the world on a temper tantrum and suddenly things we never "knew" existed is making its debut. Those things don't even care for the preservation of humanity but rather like to play chess with meaty play pieces. That is the world we now live in and no one is even prepared for whats to come.

All contact was lost when the last human army was encircled and destroyed in the arctic, no human contacts have ever been reported since the last army. Earth was officially lost as the last army protected the evacuation into space, many years have passed since then, and the likeliness of any human resistants on Earth have long since faded. The After Effects
After it all happened, the Plague created what feels like a whole new world. Survivors created new lives for themselves and carried on with their lives. Me? I didn't get the chance to create a new life. Thanks to my absolutely wonderful father figure, I was forced to become an entirely different person. Thankfully I was able to escape his peachy influence and take some control of my new life. What I don't know is the Plague brought on after effects. (Currently being rewritten under a new name The Claimed) Everything changed when they came out of hiding, terror spread across the world as people began to question if our presidents and our global leaders lied to us and weren't from the same race. The Beasts blended in amongst us as if we were the same, except humans didn't have the same predatory instincts and we couldn't change our forms like they could. Soon after we learnt that we weren't the only species people began going missing. Some were unlucky and taken as something that the Beasts called a Mate that one word made fear spread throughout my veins, I would rather sell my soul than have one of them mutts chain me to them. Six months went by before the government, that was un-tainted by this vile race began to take action into their own hands contacting other countries and militaries causing the great war to happen, sending both my parents off to fight for our rights.
