"No, no, no, NO!" I scream as I run away from him. My mind is racing, my legs are pumping trying to get away as fast as possible. Why did this have to happen to me?

My name is Charlotte O'Connor but my family called me Charlie. That is basically all I remember.. I don't know anything else about my life before the reign. 

Charlie is a 19 year old girl who was kidnapped from her orphanage at the age of 12. Her orphanage burned down killing all but one of the boys at the orphanage. His name is Dean Mathers. He was 14 at the time of the kidnapping and is now trying to find her.

The output of my story was initially to turn this around with openness and unconditional support and the torture should happen right in front of their very eyes. Because no story is complete without the (un)necessary bloodshed, action, humour and, of course, a bad guy. And who knows, to throw everything completely upside down, the main character may not survive. I won't write warnings above each chapter, because most of them contain violence, blood, torture, etc. Constructive criticism is welcome. Ow, and English is not my first, second or third language.
