Chiba Mamoru is a normal seventeen-year-old student at Moto Azabu High School, but has these weird dreams about finding a crystal. While searching for the crystal, he comes across a "Champion of Justice" named Sailor Moon.
This is Sailor Moon through Mamoru's perspective.

Power of the Moon
Usagi and her friends are in high school. Mamoru is in America, and the Sailor Starlights have returned to Kinmoku after the defeat of Sailor Galaxia. They're now presented with an opportunity to study abroad as exchange students in Angel Grove California. Usagi dearly misses Mamoru and jumps at the chance to see him. After being able to relax from villains and focus on herself, Usagi became an amazing student, with the help of her friends of course. Now in the states, they meet heroes from Angel Grove and face a new threat. What will become of them? Will they help against this threat? Will they keep to the sidelines since they're not in Japan?
