Irene Montgomery and Ace Vincelli have been childhood best friends since the Vincelli's moved next door. When they were still in diapers, ever since they've been attached by the hip.
But before 6th grade starts, Irene's family is told to move back to South Korea leaving beloved Ace behind in the small town of Fairwood.
People change. Boys change and Girls change.
So what happens when Irene comes back just in time for her senior year? Will Ace and Irene's friendship reunite like old times? Or will it be fragile? Of course you can't forget to add a pinch of new friends and good ol' drama. Oh, what could possibly happen in this mixture?
