The story takes place in Chicago, precisely: Saint Joseph high school, where two best friends, Nicholas Garcia, a very sweet 18 yo boy and William Walker....well....kind of the opposite of Nico , were just living their normal lives as high school seniors until one day, William discovers a devastating fact about his best friend's health. This story is mainly William's POV regardless on a couple of Nicholas's POV.
