Stella has a secret. Stella is a magician. Her best friend, Victoria or Vic also has a secret, she is a 315-year-old vampire. The girls try to live normal sane lives while keeping their own secret. Until Stella meets Duke, this dark, sexy, mysterious stranger who has his own secret to keep. He is a hunter who hunts paranormal kind. He gets assigned to hunt a vampire until he meets Stella and starts to fall for her. When Duke who happens to be one of the best hunters is questioned by the council about the vampire who is Vic he is supposedly been hunting, Victoria and possibly Stella's not so in the picture father are the collateral damage. Will Duke turn Stella's life up-side-down or face the council which might put his life at stake?
Stella is not happy when her father who has been absent for 20 years of her life decides to come back and take the role as being a father again. Stella has so many questions for her father but he won't answer any until she answers his one question which is who is she dating? Stella's father has a secret of his own. He is a part of the council. Will Stella risk the love of her life and her friend to know what happened to her father?
