This is a short story I wrote for the NCTE competition earlier this year. Unexpected Connections is based off of a real story that happened between one of my friends and me. The proposed project was real, and was actually a joint idea between the two.

Life is full of surprises! Especially in high school, where love can come from unexpected places... This is my story (well, part of it, anyway).
