Bethany, Barbara and Bettina are friends since elementary school and this is their last year before going to college. The night before summer holidays are starting, Beth's Ex shows up to a little party at their house, taking revenge on Beth for leaving him. Beth is completely broken and her friends don't now what to do to build her up again. While Barbara helps the completely wasted Beth, Betti has an idea; she will get tickets for all of them for their favorite band One Direction! She swears to herself to make the last holidays the best ever and to finally make Beth smile again. But she goes too far and after the concert she never gets home.
When the girls get a mysterious letter and realize what kind of mess they've just gotten into, they realize they only have one chance to find her.
The only people who could know where she is, are the boys from One Direction, who they'll meet at the special event two days after the concert.
But the boys aren't really interested in listening to the girls. More into getting the meeting done and getting wasted afterwards. Will the girls get the boys to help them find Bettina?
And why are the boys their only chance?

One Direction are pretty famous, and so are their fandom; the Directioners. Directionators and Directioners: terms known well in the fan fiction, tumblr, twitter, and internet world. Those are the two distinct groups surrounding One Direction, but Marissa isn't either of those. Marissa is a Direction Hater. She can't stand to listen to their music, and she doesn't understand the hype surrounding the boys. They, afterall to Marissa, are just a phase the girls are going through. Within a months time Mariss thinks the crazed phase will pass, and everyone will be back to normal.
