Chloe was a girl greaser, a very pretty one at that. She was mysterious and didn't have much to do with stuff that went on. One thing she really liked was fights but she never really got to be in any because her brother Two-Bit Matthews wouldn't let her.
Chloe was 14 going on 15. Her best friends were Ponyboy Curtis and Johnny Cade. Recently Johnny Cade had passed away from breaking his back and getting terrible burns by saving some kids from a burning church. Chloe is devastated and very depressed.
